Take over candidate? Unfortunately yes.....

...That's the reason why the company conducted an aerial survey to increase the companies value in case of an take over... and as I interpretate the results they are very happy what they found... with little capital input... remember its a huge area the own!
unfortunately I fear that we do not get more than 2 cdn in case of a take over at this inedequate time... a triple from here but a tenbagger without a take over in the long run...

Not sure how you can be disappointed with a $2 takeover, which in my opinion is overly optimistic. That's a +167% increase, what other takeover as been done at such a price increase? Comparables would nice.

The stock was priced at 1,5 cdn without a permit...the market normally is efficient... so 2 cdn is more than fair with a proof of producing copper :-) and the aerial survey put even more value to the stock not known before ... glta

What we've learned lately is that the market is definitely not efficient, especially for copper juniors. While I think we can hit or even break $2 should we prove copper production, MIN being at $1.50 historically means absolutely nothing in the marketplace. The days of fundamentals are long gone and the past means nothing. I would definitely be happy with a $2 takeover from today's prices ...more

Working in private equity myself we can safely assume that the majority shareholders would not accept a bid below $2 CAD. They would rather wait 6-12 months to sell at a higher value once there is copper and the technology works. Their return is sh@t if they sell at 50% premium to today. Remember, its not their own money, its the IMs job..

Call greenstone and see if you can get a feel for what they would agree to. Can anybody provide info on greenstone?
Comment by fishmillion on Nov 10, 2020 12:05pm
Whoa .... i looked over the info..... i like a few things but not all. But decided to test the water. Definitely not a 10 bagger or a 5 lol... It would likely take 1.3 to take over. Not sure if the interest is there tho. My target is 1.1. Or a dump at .7
Comment by fishmillion on Nov 10, 2020 12:13pm
Sorry all. I meant im dumping at either 1.1 ya... or 0.6 bah.....1.1 is my 3 month target... .6 is my out case im wrong lol

Greenstone has an entry point of 1 cdn so I do not think they would be happy with a price below 1,5 cdn:-) Longer term it depends on the price of copper - if experts are right and copper reach in the next 5 years 5+ usd then 3-5 cdn at full scale production is no wonder for MIN.. remember that china expects 8% growth in 2021...  we will see  glta

Accepting a takeover now would be premature/shortsighted imo.   Covid cure is on the way which will improve things.  CU is going to go higher in coming years with commodity demand running high.   Patience will yeild a much better price than anything on offer in the next 12 months.  JMO.

I hear ya comet.. but a bird in hand.... my experience is always vote for takeover. If it is truly undervalued others will trump the bid. Every wonder why companies dont get a bid when they seem really undervalued?....because they are not undervalued or have a shatload full of risk
