Positive information.

All wells will require at least 6 months of conditioning before going into production. There will be added capital costs. A wastewater treatment that would have had to be built for phase3 must be built now. We need access to more water, but not huge amounts. 

All things considered Excelsior is still a good long term hold.

Good presentation by the Excelsior CEO last night.   CEO mentioned they are currently focused on ramping up (flushing the calcite) on 4 to 5 wells and production in Q2 will be an increase on Q1 (185,000lbs).  There are 16 injection wells.   I assume therefore the initial target is 25-30% of nameplate capacity or approx 500,000lbs month.   At $4/lb copper this is ...more

No it isn't.  It's a wreck.  More dilution, more water issues, more costs, no production for months and months AND there is absolutely no assurance that half a year of "flushing" changes anything.  As soon as they re-introduce acid solution the rocks will fizz again. This is and was from the beginning a total disaster.  You are absolutely self deluded to talk ...more
