This looks very attractive for a dividend portfolio....14% returns over the last 5 years...If the Canadian housing markets turns down will this affect MCAN and the dividend? are their exposures to the Cdn real estate market to be aware of with MCAN

I don't have useful numbers or insight to give, but I'm not worried about them or the dividend in this environment. They survived some change or regulation periods that affected how many people could get in the market in at the low end, these new regulations seem to be aimed at loosing people in the high end and bringing house prices into ranges that the low end can get into safely.
