RE: RE: Strategic Alliance have now begun

In addition, how many companies look to sell themselves when they are at 52 week lows?  The only companies that do that are the ones that need a saviour to step in and save them from bakruptcy.  Mood Media has tremendous annual revenue growth, next year they expect about $550 million in revenues.  Where management has screwed up is in their control of the expenses.  So the solution is, start chopping expenses, and be ruthless about it.

During the annual results phone call, Lorne was so downbeat and apologetic about the results that he pretty much dropped the share price on his own comments.  Focus on the positives, the top line growth, the potential markets, the huge increase in revenues in the video divisions and the fact that the expenses for that division are pretty much one time upfront costs, and once installed they are cash cows.  Instead of wasting shareholders time and money appearing on Undercover Boss, why was he not doing his job for the shareholders.  If this company gets sold for anything under $2.50 to $3.00 there should be a class action lawsuit aimed directly at the Mood Media Board and Management for gross violation of their duties to shareholders.
