LAC announces big financing $275 million

Kick in the teeth for shareholders in LAC... 5$ offering when the shares yesterday were trading at over 9$??????
Hopefully the manager at MMP.un ( Mr. CASE) was aware of the offering and sold off a big % to get in on the financing, considering the price is given away at. You would think since this fund and others in the CI funds like PME... that the LAC people would give them a chance to participate.
LAC was the biggest holding in MMP.un at last report.
