Possible signal?  CEO Keith Watkins buying 100K shares in open market @ A.25.  Institutions adding to holdings recently as well.

Down she goes. When she stops, nobody knows...270,000,000 shares o/s... Nothin' short of multi million oz deposit will move this stock...So far nothing to write home about. Total waste of time and money.If you need a capital loss, buy this stock. Otherwise stay out...Target : 0.05 in 12 months.
