RE:what a jokeI wouldn't say it's catastrophic but a dividend is probably the more suitable choice of returning value to shareholders than buying the stock due to illiquid trading. I do like the ncib though since they can be more flexible in how much they spend on it. Issuing a dividend is best when they know they can keep it going with any hiccups. For example imagine they started the dividend at the start Q1 then running into the catastrophic production issues they're having now? 

Right now letting the net cash position increase to war chest levels and keeping high levels of exploration spending is more important for the rest of this year than anything.

However I do believe they plan to issue a dividend not too far in the future (I think this was mentioned a couple of investor calls ago), hopefully they will stick to that.

I didn't plan too but If the sell off continues I'll be buying a lot more MND. Gold price is too high to not think about buying this kinda dip
