GoodspeculatorIt's good to sse the term sheet was drawn up by a lawyer as opposed to someone's Uncle Vinnie, but having a law firm involved isn't exactly the "all in" commitment that putting up the money would be.
Like I said, we've seen a lot of deals fall through. I'm pretty sure they all involved attorneys.
