"divestment" generally means selling, not spin-off!

I had to laugh reading Sesselmann's statement...
"it is the right time to commence this review process to unlock the true potential of our non-core assets in Brazil". 

WTF were we doing as Cancana before and then under Sentient's control/direction for the period from 2013 to 2020?
