I believe they have the wagon in place now, and the updated RE and PEA will add to the value.  The problem is that the market just doesn't love them.  Hopefully the new guy on the board can help with that, and maybe approval of a mining license...

Other than that, Gilbert expects preliminary production in 2026.  I hope it doesn't take that long to move the needle, but if it does, it does.  I no longer have any doubts that it's going to be a mine.
