RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MergerHi Sam. If you will pardon the pun we appear to be having some differences over semantics.
In an earlier post I said "unless the exchange ratio is improved for DCF shareholders this transaction is probably a non starter" and I presume this is the comment to which you refer. Not sure how you got from there to "zero possibility" but let's not quibble.
Mogo needs this deal more than DCF minority shareholders so I expect the terms will be modified before a vote is called.
For what it's worth I'm long DCF and agnostic about Mogo.

I meant liquidation of Difference is moot point because minority shareholders can't force that. All they can do is vote no to this merger if they want. But I think you are way off the mark when you make comments like you did in earlier post that this merger is a "non starter". Which means you seem to be ascribing zero possibility to this merger going through, which makes me question your thesis altogether. If you said it was a low possibility then that might hold some water. But clearly there is a very real possibility this merger goes through. And I'm not really sure what your investment thesis is. As I've stated several times I am long mogo dbs. Are you long Difference or short mogo?
