Thanks for the reply. I downloaded the "Wealthica" app the other day. It is really cool if you haven't got it yet. Anyways it has a section where it shows you all your holdings, and it merges the totals if you hold stock in different accounts. I am exactly in the same loaded position as you, the key is to only share the good news with spouse... haha
I still find it odd how much the market has tied this stock to BTC. The first purchase they made ended up with a lot of headlines in the different news sources I look at...and it was $1.5 MIL (TSLA bought like $1.5 BILL)...I have seen some estimates of BTC doubling over next 12 months etc. I don't pretened to even fully understand BTC, but if MOGO is going to move with it; I'm glad the outlook is positive for BTC!
I do think this stock is one of the best opportunities on TSX. I got into it after seeing an ad in our local paper, then did more reading. I bought GSY in the teens, and am still holding at $120; I would love to see this do a similar move over the coming months/years. I feel there is awesome growth opportunity in Canadian Fin/Tech stocks: MOGO, GSY, REAL, KXS, etc.
