This company is nothing more then smoke and mirrors. It is a house of cards.
They love to generate news releases that they are participating in this conference or that conference. This is not news worthy, this is fluff.
How have they benefited in participating in these conferences over the past 5 years. They clearly have not generated any interest in the company or its share price.
Look at the facts:
1. Issued warning from Nasdaq Exchange for failing to maitain minimum share price of $1 usd
2. 3:1 Reverse split to comply with Nasdaq
3. Year todate performance negative -68%
4. One year performance negative -80%
5. Five year performance negative -91%
Now based on this performance how are the management and board members being employed or voted in. This company is not a start up. It has been operating since 1995, never been profitable and is down Negative -99% since inception.
Today the volume at time of writing is zero, no wonder why.
