Getting financing in this disaster of a market will put them in the top rank in execution and delivery...this certainly will provide investor confidence in management if they can pull this off at the worst possible time...kudos to them, lets hope they complete the financing on time and with a reasonable amount of dilution we can all be comfortable with...im still on the sidelines but wont be for long!
