RE: good point to buy talktome

You need to look at the difference in development of the two companies. VLC is in the very initial stages of development.

For example:

1) Resource estimation: drilling in wide spacing to produce an Inferred resource estimate, as they continue they will infill with more drilling to produce a more economical estimate, Measured/Indicated. This alone can be a few years in which a company will probably need to finance more than once which will dilute the stock driving valuation up.

2) Pre feasibility: Economical studies on the development of the mine

3) Full Feasibility: Basically the bread and butter of the operation, this will give present value, cost and timeline of developing a producing mine. Essentially proving to the banks this thing can make money.

4) Financing, proving yourself to everyone in the world to PLEASE PLEASE give them the capital to make this possible.

5)Mine development: most likely a 2 year process.

Thats the short and sweet of it, in between those stages there are countless environmental permits that need to be attained, offtake agreement, equipment orders, contractors etc...its a huge long process and can take months! Moly mines is on the last stage before making it into a full scale mine, they are waiting for the cash and it has been a LONG process! From beginning to end its a multi year process and its a ridiculous expensive process, if a company can do it with as little dilution as possible then they will be laughin, but these markets have not been the easiest to deal with.

Don't ever compare companies based only on resource numbers, they will never match and you will drive yourself crazy! Check out management, infrastructure, location, open pittable, access roads its all one big games of research, check out Moly Mines and you will see why its/was a highly valued stock!
