What I'm referring to is the window of opportunity becoming smaller with each month for Moly Mines to get something together. Also, you are referencing cash in the bank that is borrowed. The reason they are pushing foward on an aquisition is to generate income to cover interest on the LOC of which LWC would most likely renegotiate the terms if Moly Mines is capable of servicing this interest with proper coverage. What I do not like about an acquistion is that it will be purchased on debt and it will be a very small asset, in which most if not all of the cashflow will be put into paying itself off.

Your comment on reduced CAPEX is also due to the reduced size of the operation, 20 Mta to 10 Mta..with obvious plans of expansion. In my opinion, Moly Mines will purchase an asset to temporarily prolong the process of gaining the required capital for the development of Spinifex or at least a complete takeover or JV.
