RE:MOL Executive changes
Not sure what to make of this. Thorp was the ACTING CEO but McEvoy was CFO and Secretary for a while. Is this like the general manager of a baseball team hiring a new manager and then his replacing the coaching staff with his own? I can't see the Chinese wanting to shut down the company, but taking it private (although the terms of their agreement was their owning max 53.6% or thereabouts of the company) could be possible. Hopefully the meeting at the end of next month will shed some light on all of this plus any acquisitions that are on the horizon. I can only hope that the interests of the shareholders will be considered as they move forward with their plans.
