Good golly Mzzz Moly!!

Hmmmm,,,,,almost half a million in yearly compensation for our CEO!! Double what Warren Buffet takes home yearly!  All for what??? Certainly NOT for MOLs' past share performance! Just another bunch of banditos looking to make a career in hoping and dreaming of the next big find! The Management team here has no proven record, they are puppets for their Chinese owners. We are an ad hoc mining play like 99% of the other juniors out there carrying the fact that the Chinese dictate our fate. MOL had a nice little game plan going on the iron ore. And making $$$, the reason we exist.
I originally bought into this play years ago based on the fact that the molybdenum resource was not calculated into the net worth of the company. Still, to this day that resource carries no weight whatsoever as to valuing this company. Same as if it was sitting on a worthless tailings pile! Will acquiring high debt make this company more valuable? Is gold or silver or copper the rescue plan for shareholder value?? Hmmmmm again,,,I think not,,,most junior miners are at the brink of starvation and will eventually succumb to the pressure of more $$$ going out than what they can ever take in! Not a good business model! What is wrong with iron ore???? MOL is sitting in the middle of an iron ore Mecca! They seem to know this business! Why not buy whats in the ground beside them, something they have alluded to for several years now, but have never taken action on,,and the question is why????? And this idea to raise capital to get involvement in two or more projects!! We had access to a large credit line once, if that still sits in place after the news scandals this past year! Another hmmmmm,,,,,,,,,nope,,, I can't seem to swally their Kool-aid this time! My belly keeps dry heaving to expel their mixture!  One would like to see a $$$ value placed on the moly resource and end the Moly Mine pipe dream. Anyone out there have a handle what the entire resource maybe worth? If it was to be sold?? The only way to raise capital that maybe worth a share price spike if they can find a buyer! Fire sale price calculation of course!

All salaries, expenses + free shares are going to a big part in the BURN RATE to watch over the next couple of Quarters. It would appear to be unreasonable to get a compensation package of over $500K, in my humble opinion. JMHO

Yes,,Zorro,,,the famous burn rate,,,,wine, song and dance for the executives ,,,large compensation package for the CEO,,,which is by the way approx. 1.2% of the entire net worth of the company, at its' present value, paid out annually to him!!  :o)  Not too shabby for him!! Just a tad bit shabby for us SHers!!! The new bods will pay themselves handsomely as well a little later now ...more

According to the Annual Report for 2012, David Pass was appointed as General Manager Operations on Dec 1, 2012 at a salary of $362K. His recent promotion to Acting CEO brought a pay increase of $73K to $435K, which is $103K less than Collin Thorp, the previous Acting CEO whom Pass replaced who was paid $538K. We have to assume that with Pass' background, MOL will be better positioned to ...more

Yadda,,yadda,,yadda,,,,,,still too much money being paid out to management for doing absolutely nothing!@! What did Thorp do the past 18 months??? Let me think,,,,,hummmmm,,, nothing!!!  Probably some deep sea fishing on the west coast at the Port Hedland unloading facility when winds were favorable!! Ditch all these non-essential people and have the Chinese elite from Hanlong put a game plan ...more
