Hi marmac, I am living in GTA, and have been PDAC for the last few years, will stopby MOL booth. Any questions I can ask Natalie for you. Just recently received an email from Natalie, nothing news except as released in the NR. Good find there tiger! I read the article and agree to some extent. Yes,,,,,questions,,,only a few for the staff,,,like ,,,,Why MOL is not buying back some of the ridiculous number of outstanding shares they issued a few years ago??,,is it not an excellent time to remove some shares?,,, is a buy back not a vehicle to increase shareholder value immediately?,,,,,380+ million,,,unreal!! ,,,,,,Do they ...more

Another question is how does the Hanlong gang related issue tie MOL up as to business? Whereas the Chinese court system may take the Hanlong elite to task over the coming years where do we stand as to timing in moving forward,,,,is this an unknown? ,,,,being that MOL is under Hanlongs' control can MOL do any business while the family is incarcerated?

tiger6301,,,,One other point or question that maybe of concern is that possibly the $$$ initially invested in MOL by Hanlong are from the proceeds of crime and under international law could be restricted by the courts. Is the Hanlong investment in MOL considered money launderling under international law?? Are we common shareholders protected in anyway from a liquidation if such an assessment is ...more

I believe the best thing that could happen is for the courts to have Hanlong relinquish their shares,,,all their shares!! The 50+% !!! That would be music to my ears!!  MOL has the cash to get rid of them!!...An autonomous management team is what we want........... a team that has an innovative approach and not an overly aggressive one. Something that actually can work out over time here. The ...more

Hi narmac, I got all your questions, and will summarize them and print a copy with me. I will be there only on Sunday, and will report back either on Sunday night or Monday morning. Any questions are welcome from other board members. tiger

tiger,,,the effort is certainly appreciated.....by the way,,you can't sneak up on MOL with our questions as they will be ready with answers for you. They read this board on a regular basis!! I was told that by Natalie!!  true,,,,,,,,,, :o) Check to see if any of them smell like fish or the salty sea air!!  :o)

tiger,,,,,,,,,,,more questions to ask MOL if possible,,,,,,,,,,,,what is the latest status of our receivables? When will we see this issue go away and will they notify their shareholders at that time? " "Payment due by 30 November of $3 million or $4 million in shares, from Unity Mining Limited royalty has not been received. Discussions are being held with Unity."

I think you may have forgotten that MOL has a loan to repay to Hanlong...the interest rate was reduced from 10% to 7% when the $5million was paid back last quarter. I don't recall what the remaining amount is, but I think that is in the $millions too.

Yes,,,,,,,,,,I am not sure how much is outstanding....not much at this time..the last annual report is very difficult to interpret to accurately assess MOLs' debt position...the point after all is said and done is why MOL managment does not deal with the banks to take out the Hanlong shares. They were being looked at for repossession a while back by the Chinese banks,,,,,,,,We have all but ...more
