IMO the real elephant in the room is:
Why has there been no insider buying by Matt or CFO Julie Robertson....?

MOZ does indeed appear cheap based on most other metrics, but if the two people who know the most about the company aren't purchasing any shares, that's a big red flag in my view.

Has anyone asked Matt during a public appearance why he personally hasn't been purchasing any shares with his own money....?

Why buy when they will be dealt free options (soon - maybe that special compensation committee is meeting at the CEO's house to ask for direction as i type?) or most definitely early next year.  Dished out at the closing market price when the options are to be issued.

Sure they could get "cheaper" shares but it would actually cost them their "hard earned" money...and i am now picking myself off the floor
