Um, no...the vast majority of deals get shareholder approval and close as is. This is especially true of friendly takeover offers (of which this is one).

BTW, if you sold your MOZ shares at any point before September 2022, you didn't "sell out too early".  On the contrary, you in all likelihood sold your MOZ shares for $1.00 or higher and moved on (I assume you weren't one of the former MOZ shareholders who sold at $3.00+ in 2021....?).

Not mocking MOZ investors here - just calling out Ork who seems to be living in a fantasy world.....
