RE:Pros and ConsNot getting much attention because Scotia dumped the only analyst who covered DRA, but value enhancing measures at other Dreams could bring big benefits to DRA.

Dream Office has put up all of its non-CBD Ontario properties for sale.  DRA is a joint owner of a bunch of these so if they sell, then DRA will realize the fair value of those assets.

Dream Industrial is rumored to be for sale and DRA has a bunch of properties in JV with them so that could be a another opportunity to realize fair value.

If these sales are executed then DRA could become a more unique investment company focussed on land (via debt), development (debt and equity), and renewable power (equity).
