To clarify I think they are all sold. Not sure how this affects results upcoming but as an Albertan I always marvel at Ontario pricing

The payment for these condos will be another 3-9 months or so away I'm guessing. Brightwater and Brightwater Towns (townhomes) are also going to be big cash payers as well. Also sold. Q3 and Q4 are going to be huge for MPCT. Maybe sooner if/when they announce land sales.
