MAPLE MINERALS ANNOUNCES AMENDMENT TO PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Maple Minerals Corp. is increasing the maximum size of its previously reported non-brokered private placement financing by two million units. Pursuant to the financing, Maple will now issue between four million units and 10 million units at a price of 75 cents per unit for total gross proceeds of up to $7.5-million. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant.
