Take It Easy Mates

Take It Easy MatesI think this temporary downdraft has a lot of nerves rattled.  Let's not lose sight of the fact that:

1] we're all shareholders pulling for a solid return from our MPV investment, and that will materialize in the next 2-3 years.

2] the company owns fully 49% of the largest diamond development in the Western World.

3] although many of us would have preferred a rights offering rather than a brokered pp where the flakes in the brokerage industry back-door the common shareholders with their free options, the fact is that the company needs to raise sufficient funds to pay its own way through to production.

My only suspicion - call it an annoyance - is that "those" who knew, or should have known, that negotiations were under way months ago for this private placement, appear to have taken advantage of the rest of us on the market's "level playing field".  If you have any doubts, review the insider trading over the past 3-4 mos.

That having been said, those of us who envision where the share price will be within 3 years have been given a rare buying opportunity

Cheers,

Brit
