RE: 49 percent - Kramer

RE: 49 percent - KramerHey Kramer,

Well thought out comments!

I had enquired about the availability of the the JV document to the public a few months ago, but it seems the actual document itself is either confidential, or no-one on our board has been able to get a copy of it to post.

As to whether the management want to go to production or would consider a buyout, we should rephrase the question to read ... "What is the strategic preference of the TIGs?"  Management must, I stress must, include the TIGs in any strategy sessions they carry on.  Otherwise it is an exercise in futility.

Given that, unlike most amateurs who attempt to run juniors, the TIGs are extremely successful businessmen, and have genuinely earned the respect we pay them, I'm confident that their advice will carry a lot of weight, and I feel pretty comfortable with what we will see evolve.

Patience here is the trump card that will make us all pretty happy in the long run.

Cheers,

Brit
