Why don't you phone Aurora Geophysics and ask them about their findings along the K-F corridor. Then ask them of the probability of their geophysics resulting in a diamondiferous kimberlite? Hmmm... KDI may seem like a bargain. And... KDI and MPVD are not valued the same. No wonder you think the deal stinks. And... market cap is one thing but you need to consider enterprise value and MPVD's debt instruments. VS
