RE: What happened???

RE: What happened??? Dugafish ,you have to go back through the trades, they are not offering large blocks, they are hitting the bids with small amounts. The larger the spread the more likely it seems they will hit, giving the illusion the price is going down. IMO Stokpicker what you are saying is more or less correct but If memory serves me correct they were a huge buyer 1.5 to 2 years ago. It's more in the last 6 to 8 months this pattern seemed to start. IMO rdgeo448 ,seeing how they have more funds than I have, my approach will be to pick up shares on the dips. I do see your piont however. Maybe they aren't trying to hold the price down maybe it's all in our minds,my bet is we will never know!! IMO anyone can buy or sell when ever they want and so far the stock is on a uptrend despite the selling. Alot of the resource stocks have had the crap kicked out of them this last week and we hit a 52 week high. A quote from debvan's posting a couple of days ago sticks in my mind amongst other tidbits from debeers. "The 2004 site drilling programme, designed mainly to yield the geotechnical data required for finalising mine design, was completed by mid year and the interpretation of drilling data is ongoing. As more detailed information becomes available, confidence in the project increases and the project team is progressively more optimistic that this will move forward into the EA and detailed engineering phases. The project is a joint venture between De Beers Canada (51%), Mountain Province Diamonds (44%) and Camphor Ventures (5%). End quote" Further more as we come closer to the finish line I do believe the gap between cfv and mpv will shrink. cheers likearock
