Market doesn't like surprises

MPVD has stopped sharing their sales results in recent months. A big debt to be paid in December 2022.  I have a serious position at MPVD and here for the long term, but the fact there are only silence in the lines does not help the share price.  Nobody likes surprises in the capital market.  It is starting to look like there is an internal plan to favour a couple of hands, and nothing to the shareholders.  Not a good message.

Oppression remedy is always available in last instance.  Won't be needed here since the Irish would lose their shirt if equity got rubbed out. They backstopped at 3.50 and bought millions at over 2 bucks.  They would recover peanuts if all they had was their debt holding. They want to scoop this for peanuts and the market is giving them what they want.  Trust me.

I don't disagree with you.  MPVD current fundamentals are pretty similar to the ones it was holding back in 2017-2018 when the share price was over $3.50.  In a market where all traders and investors are now looking to profitable companies instead of crazy tech valuations, these shares at $0.53 just don't make sense.  Unless the big boys such as the Irish are using the low ...more
