It might be a good idea to use this Bullboard for factual information only (when it is available). This Stock is frustrating enough without adding to the confusion.

Expelman. Where's the 52 week low. Maybe my broker was right. Up 20 percent from 47.5 cents last week when you said it might hit its lows. Paying debt off. Good volume. Rough at all time highs. The Irish are buying. Looks real good to me.
