RE:RE:What is the trigger for a Las Vegas trip?rdgeo, You brought up a good point which hopefully I can clarify. Before any diamonds came out of the ground an agreemtn had to be in place regarding the special stones. My understanding is that the current bidding process was established for the special stones to account for the possibility that an odd number of special stones came up every month or an odd number of stones with different potential value depending on market conditions. To use an extreme example let's say October had three 5 carat high quality stones, November had none and December had a single 50 carat stone. How could that be divided each month or each quarter for that matter. Now one could say that they should wait for an equal number of stones to come out of the ground before dividing them up but, again, the agreement had to be in place before any stones came out of the ground because... well... the possibility of the above scenario. Does this help? P.S. we will get a dividend this year. If not, I'll take you to the Flames game when Vegas is in town and I'll buy you a Guiness at Dutton's. VS
