Distribution Increase???

Any predictions on when Melcor will bump up the distribution again?

The last quarterly report has AFFO payout ratio at an anemic 55%. I would like to see the distribution go from $0.42/year to $0.57/year by Christmas putting it back in the 75-80% AFFO payout ratio range. Cheers.
