If you do a screen of stocks trading at 50 cents on the dollar of less this one pops up at around 20 cents on the dollar. Their recent earnings are boosted by the fact they consolidate 100% of their REIT which means the trading shares are a liability. The lower the REIT price the better MRD shows. Glad I'm not a CA as this just sounds stupid. They are limited to just over 1000 shares per day on a NCIB but at least they are doing something. You will have to be very patient with this puppy. Dividends ok but has been getting cut.
