Q2 out and the rest of the year look strong

Q2 was good because of lots sales in the US. In the mean time, the company continue to reward shareholders with the 16 cents quarterly dividend and with my great pleasure, shares buyback from the NCIB.

during the second quarter they increase spending on projects development that will certainly increase in value as went it will be completed.

I don't expect any special dividend or a offer for privatization.

current share price of the company is to cheap and management of the Melcor knows it!

High interest rate never help Real estate development, but I know that eventually will have lower rates resulting in higher profits for Melcor.

In the mean time I receive the record quarterly dividend in the company history and I know that share price will eventually perform accordingly!

At the very least, Melcor debit is layered and probably can manage these higher interest rates for the next couple of years. Specially ...more

I own similar stocks. GDL is a favorite. I am happily holding Melcor.

I often see the trucks with GDL advertising around.  If you don't mind my asking what others are you currently interested in which are similar? Thank you.
