Very good results. I'm not sure what its going to take to raise the distribution at this point. Sahi just doesn't seem to care much about his public unit holders unfortunately....at least not in the short term. Kind of odd considering REITs benefit from a high unit prive vs. NAV if they want to grow. MRG is worth $30+ in the private market. The properties they sold in GA/LA post-Q1 were ...more
