american broker or fund
Don't have level two but just wondering if there are some American funds sitting on old shares that they keep dumping. Someones is selling constantly into any kind of strength. JMO

Likely people getting out ahead of a possible brexit. Stock isn't behaving well as it is but if the vote goes the wrong way the stock could be in the toilet. Risk reward isn't real great here.

The vote on britain leaving the european union. If they leave the euro could collapse which will have a huge impact on msl's profitability. If the US fed raises interest rates which will strengthen the US dollar on top of this, its a huge double whammy.

brexit is very unlikely, at least polls are suggesting so.
