here is what I wrote on the pgf board:
makes total sense. what surprises me a little is pgf is gonna make this happen using their shares as currency. good move I think for pgf as it largely preserves the one billion it has in funds available.
for NAL shareholders, a little disappointing. but at least now they have the opportunity to join a company with pretty exciting prospects and the ability to capitalize on nae's great assets.
100K in production. not bad. a few quarters of solid production and keeping debt in check and I think pengrowth becomes an attractive takeover target, if markets dotn fall off a cliff.
