RE: RE: RE: RE: one last thought.

if there was something nefarious you would have seen the buy a few days earlier..

1-to collect the divvy

2-sp appreciation

my math shows a purchase price of $8.31.how is that a steal?and not some wash trade that shows up weeks later.

who knows why but this simply could be someone who wants to knock their acb down before the sale-not merger-is done.did it quick because some rumour out there of another bidder(won't happen-anyone who could afford nae will just go back to the drawing board and buy the whole works)would defeat the purpose.

only my 2 cents of course but i think in the end this is good for both.if one grumbles about pgf getting a steal-then don't sell and soon you will be pgf.the hardest thing about a change is the fact that it is one and for guys that get on pgf mngt i thought that you might appreciate the fact that pgf pointed out how much nae mngt cost and now it won't.

for people who might be overweight in pgf or simply sold and still want a divvy/trust-have a look at shoreline.t.seq.not a pump-simply throwing it out there for someone who might not have heard of it.

good luck all
