RE: Selling or keeping those shares? to me, if you liked nal before, i cant see how you dont like the combined entity of nal/pgf more. better financial flexibility, better growth, i'll argue better management, better dividend and I think better div sustainability. Just because nal has laready cut their div doesn't mean they weren't closer to cutting it again if the nat.gas prices didn't pick up.
the only way, that makes sense to me, for someone not to like this combined company, if they liked nal before, is if they were hoping for a much higher offer. In that respect I am disappointed too. But I cant understand someone wanting to hold on to nal as a long term investment; then the takeout goes down; then that person not liking nal/pgf and deciding to sell. imo
