I'm torn on this one.  The slow erosion of the dividend over the last 5 years has concerned me.  I've managed to stay in the green on this one while still tempted to stay in with the still decent dividend.
If they decrease again this year like I fear they may have to, I will have to downsize my holdings in this one.
I have to do some re-balancing of my portfolio anyway.
Anyone have any thoughts on reason to buy this company?

I've owned this one for years, It has always been a steady stock without wild price swings, which is something I like on income stocks.The decrease from a 9 cent distribution to a 7 cent dividend actually gives most people a higher after tax return. In addition, NAL has sufficient tax pools that they will not be paying income tax for a couple of years. This means the 2 cent reduction will stay

i`m counting on their cadmium play....inbetween..it`s steady and better div than any blue chip
