American based global automaker and EV leader It will likely soon become public that GM is Nano's "US based global EV leader".
There will be some that compare Dan to President Biden for insisting on using that type of description for GM (who are arguably not EV leaders at all).
However, GM is an extremely powerful organization. It is an outstanding partnership for Nano One.
Tesla are no friends of Nano One. And certainly GM and Tesla are mortal enemies.
Everyone in the Nano One community should be preparing for this reality since we are all going to be needing to become cheerleaders for GM.
It might seem difficult since in the broader EV community/movement, Tesla are considered the good guys and GM are considered the bad guys. But if Nano One are now married to GM, then that is the hand we have been dealt and we need to play well as the away team.
If you doubt how powerful GM is, just recall what they have gotten the leader of the free world to say and do publicly.
I, for one, welcome our new EV overlords and look forward to being on the team that has no scruples about taking advantage of the political system to unfairly compete with Tesla.
