I wonder what we need to do to get this on NASDAQ

Quantumscape ( QS ) is now up another US $ 23 today now at US $ 118.00 giving them a market cap of US $ 40 + Billion
Might be completely nuts or a huge short squeeze,  probably both but I'd like some of that nuttyness to rub off on us.

Certain Dan and his team have thought about it but wonder if they are actually laying the groundwork.
We will need to be there to fully capitalize on our partnerships.

We are a little light on the asset side but maybe if we could convince regulators to use paid in capital ( raised equity ) and then we would be up to C $ 50 Mill, we do a raise in US Dollars with a US Broker/Dealer/Sponsor in conjunction with the co listing and we would be up up and aweigh.  Probably going to need the money at some point but even if we don't sometimes you just have to
