As for the brokers selling, the broker is always listed as the buyer or the seller. Sometimes a broker could sell into the market but more often it's the broker's client who is selling through the broker whose name, since they're selling on behalf of their client, is the only one shown. So much for your proof. Normal market conditions explain everything that is going on with this: junior non producing commodity miner, rather large float, global turmoil in commodities markets, financing delayed for a year. Dude those are reasons enough to explain the price. One doesn't need to make any up too.
