The other thing is that these guys have very little room to manoeuver if they actually intended to be a profitable miner. Huge dilution, a huge bond, and forward selling their product has left them very little room for profit over the foreseeable future.

This looks to have been not much more than a vehicle for the insiders to make a pile of money on. Looks like the product was secondary all along.
