The Company’s Limousine Butte Property is located in east-central Nevada approximately 105 kilometers north of Ely, Nevada, and encompasses approximately 6,650 hectares. The Cedar Wash is an exploration-stage gold property located approximately 300 km South-Southeast of Limousine Butte in Lincoln County, Nevada. The Company’s Ptarmigan property is located in the Purcell Mountains, approximately 35 kilometers west of the village of Radium Hot Springs in southeastern British Columbia and comprises 9,287 hectares. The Nutmeg Mountain property is located in Western Idaho, comprises 1,724 hectares of Federal unpatented mining claims, 12 patented claims and two leases of private land.

At what financing price do you see an equity financing as not being dilutive? This company had a $500 million market cap with approximatly 100 millioin shares out. You must not have been around at that time. If you are in at 12.5 cents your ok but all those souls in in all the prior financings and option prices are not so lucky. Keep dring the kool aide.
