An operational and financial audit of the project is certainly needed.  The logistics chain to port maybe the weak link and an issue.  The build out of the port in Norway seems to be a Northland cost that may have been under estimated, long rail haul to port.  The other questions of construction and build out of the project has been reported as on time on budget by management so at face value the problem is not there if they were honest about that.  It leaves logistics as the problem.  Hopefully there will be some answers over time.  It is really sad to see the damage that has been done to some people that have lost so much aned will never recover it.
