Saudis have underestimated the staying power of the US oil industry and are depleting FX reserves faster than they thought. Last count was 10 billion a month.Their bluff has been called . Already 2 ...more

Waiting for NBZ to go lower may not happen.

Oil has gone under $40 but NBZ is holding strong . The reason is that the company is hedged and has no debt covenants till 2022 and can wait it out. The company has reduced costs . It can spend ...more

just listened to q1 CC and they said they are producing a lot of oil from Viking oil field plays, far as i know that is light oil that fetches a premium price. did i miss something?

its mostly heavy oil....If there is natgas production, it must be minuscule because i do not recall it at all.
