Oooops!  Huge misunderstanding.

53% is an indication that the market is trading at 53% of book value - NOT the other way around.

For factual information, it is always best to stick to actual financial statements where all the information is available.

As stated earlier, whenever a company uses cash to repruchase shares for cancellation and the shares of the company trade below book value (which is the case here) the book value of each remaining share will always go UP after the repurchase.
