The company still hasn't responded as to
how much over $4.00 per share the offer was. So we have a reduction in the number of shares outstanding, an offer that was more than $4.00 and we are languishing around $3.73. Feels like management was protecting their jobs rather than working for the shareholders.
Transparency with our (the shareholder) company is not a priority and neither is building shareholder value.
