No direction, no leadership,
drfting share price lower. Wandering aimlessly with no real purpose in sight. Does anyone else see a problem here?
The day they announced a substantial issuer bid, the stock closed at $3.69. The amount of shares they were buying back was increased in January. They purchased over 18% of the outstanding shares. The share price closed lower today than when the bid was issued and we have over 18% less shares outsatanding.
There was an outside proposal for a business combination offering in excess of $4.00 that was turned down. Why? What was the offer? From whom?
This really stinks. I contacted the comapny and nothing. Not a word, not an acknowledgement.
